Hi! Shadhika has a WordPress website that I (Communications Manager) manage. WordPress Engine has informed us that we have overshot the allotted space of 10GB on our website storage (we are currently at 13 GB), and I have exhausted my possibilities of deleting media files to reduce our storage utilization. WordPress recommends deleting irrelevent plugins and themes. However, I am unsure of how to go about this in a way that does not affect the functioning of our website as it is now. Would love some support/advice on the best steps ahead. We currently do not have any budget to upgrade to a higher plan or hire technical support for this troubleshooting.
