Seeking feedback on a strategic plan to round out global board membership for The Upper New. We'd ideally like to have five to seven new board members (with current board chair retaining a seat). Goals include determining seat terms, roll-off/renewal, appropriate amounts for philanthropic gifting (direct and recruited). Ideally we draft position descriptions for each board role and move forward with recruitment beginning in Q4 2024.
