Strategic Workforce Planning: Optimizing Nonprofit Operations for Sustainability and Growth

Our over-taxed two-person office comprised of a President and an Operations & Communications Manager needs to find the right mix of added workforce -- permanent and outsourced -- to reach a productive, sustainable and affordable footprint. Before rushing into a hiring or contracting action we need to strategically consider how best to structure our organization to meet the needs of operations (financial management), member support, and development/representation.
