We need a volunteer to walk our team through how Charity Navigator evaluates organizations, explain the key metrics and evidence it uses, and share practical best practices to improve and maintain a high score. The volunteer should identify common gaps (financial transparency, governance, performance reporting) and recommend priority next steps and the types of documentation we should prepare; details will be provided during the session.
