Mapping out the Strategic Planning Process

Know the Known has a small but extremely diverse and dedicated team. We are ready and have begun strategic planning, but we need guidance understanding the steps needed to fully develop and implement a plan, especially in the non-profit field. We would love some guidance or instruction as well on the necessarily steps to implement into reality our ideas, brainstorming, and thoughts. We would also love to learn what resources that could be helpful along the way, and what is plausible versus unlikely. We'll come to our conversation prepared to share in full detail the material we have already developed about our nonprofit's ambitions, work, mission, and high-level goals, and excited to hear formally some advice and instruction on how to further or completely develop, and implement our nonprofit.
