We’re looking for advice on how to improve our current QuickBooks setup. While we know our accounting system needs a broader overhaul, this session will focus on reviewing our existing approach and getting expert feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and where to start. We’d appreciate guidance on key areas to prioritize and what steps we should consider as we plan for more in-depth overhaul.
