Clarifying Next Steps for Relaunching a Nonprofit

I’m relaunching my nonprofit, Regaining Freedom, which focuses on reducing childhood trauma and restoring family relationships as a path to healing social, political, and fiscal divides. I have a 501(c)(3), a website (regainingfreedom.com), and social media accounts, but my work has stalled and I’m now restarting.

In this 60-minute Taproot Plus Session, I’d like advice on where to begin as I reboot. I’d especially value guidance on:
-Clarifying my mission and focus for this new chapter
-Identifying the most important first steps in marketing and fundraising
-Exploring how to leverage my book and online presence in support of my nonprofit’s goals

My hope is to walk away from this session with encouragement and a clearer sense of next steps so I can restart this work with focus and direction.
