We have an idea for how we'd like to revamp our website, but we don't actually have the tech know-how in our org, so we may have to do a full revamp. During this conversation, it would be great to develop specific asks/a plan for potential developers based on the needs and vision we've laid out as a team. It would also be great to figure out how we could find developers on a very small budget or how you'd suggest leveraging pro bono talent for various web-related needs.
