We need live troubleshooting and advice from a volunteer with a financial management background. Specifically, during this call we'll review our small nonprofit's financial situation (10 years with under $50K annual revenue) and advise on next steps. We'd like to discuss realistic revenue-growth options, whether drawing a salary is feasible and how to evaluate it, pros/cons of hiring a CPA versus using accounting software, and get your thoughts on what projects to prioritize first. Financial details will be provided during the session.
