We are seeking advice on how to improve our sales practices and techniques to build our Sistac Ventures program for corporates. In this one-hour session, we would like insights into key sales strategies, milestones, and techniques that could refine our approach to sales and better connect corporates. Specifically, we would love to learn about structuring our sales pipeline and improving outreach techniques in the current market. Our goal is to do a prototype of the Sistac Ventures program with one company within this year.
