As our organization grows, more staff, board members, and volunteers are creating materials that represent us to donors, partners, and the community. Without a documented style guide, decisions about colors, fonts, and voice are made inconsistently, and our materials don't always present a unified brand. We're looking for a pro bono consultant with graphic design and brand expertise to help us establish clear, practical standards our team can apply going forward.

By the end of this project, we'd like a brand style guide our team can use for both print and digital materials. The consultant will:

- define our color palette, typography, and other core visual elements
- document formatting guidelines for common materials, such as templates and layout sizing
- outline tone, voice, and writing preferences with examples so our written materials sound consistent
- include guidance for applying the guide across different channels or audiences
