We need a volunteer to help evaluate whether to create a full branding package for a nonprofit-owned retail project or to begin with limited temporary branding (signage, in-store cues). The volunteer should outline pros and cons, recommend priority brand elements to develop first, suggest a phased approach and next steps, and identify decision criteria.
