Light Between is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit preparing a small 18+ intergenerational pilot. We connect older and younger adults through one-to-one conversation, shared life experience, and mutual learning to reduce loneliness and build purpose, direction, and belonging.

We need a simple, consistent social media foundation that the founder and future volunteers can maintain. Our tone is warm, thoughtful, hopeful, and low-pressure, emphasizing that both generations have something to give and receive. We seek a skilled volunteer to create a starter content calendar and reusable materials for Instagram. This is a defined remote project, with a manageable handoff rather than an ongoing account-management commitment.

A practical Instagram starter kit:
1. A polished profile bio and three simple content themes aligned with our mission.
2. A four-week calendar with eight ready-to-use captions and clear calls to action.
3. Three reusable, editable post templates using our existing logo and brand direction, in a free or already available tool.
4. One short introductory Reel storyboard and caption based on our existing script.
5. A simple volunteer handoff guide covering founder approval, posting, and directing inquiries to the organizational contact channel.

Include a concise recruitment post for a future ongoing social media volunteer. The founder will provide the logo, website, program overview, existing script, and timely feedback. Use organization-approved materials; participant records, private stories, and account credentials are not needed. Success means a ready-to-use kit that can be maintained with limited time.
