Play Like a Girl is building a coordinated digital fundraising system to grow corporate sponsorships and a new monthly giving community. Corporate support helps us offer free, turnkey programs for schools, while monthly donors help ensure girls have consistent access to mentors, career exposure and confidence-building experiences.

We’ve created AI-assisted drafts for lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, calls to action and paid-ad concepts. The strategic foundation exists, but the copy needs a skilled nonprofit writer to humanize the language, strengthen the fundraising case and create a consistent journey from initial interest to action.

Our complete conversion plan includes eight audience funnels and approximately 42 emails. This project will focus on completing the three highest-priority funnels and establishing a reusable model our team can apply to the remaining five funnels.

During this project, the volunteer will refine and finalize:

* 1 corporate sponsorship funnel.
* 1 monthly giving funnel.
* 1 mentor funnel
* 3 lead magnets or downloadable resources, one for each audience.
* 3 audience-specific landing pages.
* 1 modular, universal thank-you or confirmation page that can be adapted across future funnels.
* 12-15 automated emails, including 4-6 emails per funnel.
* A primary subject line, alternative subject lines, preview text, email body, call to action and recommended timing for each email.
* A starter set of calls to action and paid-ad messaging for each funnel.
* A reusable funnel-copy template and email-sequence framework for the remaining six audiences.
* Up to two consolidated revision rounds.

We’ll provide draft copy, funnel maps, audience profiles, brand guidelines, program information, fundraising priorities and relevant impact stories.

Success means Play Like a Girl has three launch-ready conversion funnels and a repeatable copy system that can guide the development of our school, volunteer, City Crew, peer-fundraising, family and general-subscriber funnels.

Play Like a Girl is a national 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2004. Our mission is to ensure that every girl reaches her full potential by providing girls ages 9-13 an opportunity—and in many cases, their only chance—to participate in sport and physical activity. We offer programs and resources designed to transform girls’ motivation into an “I am unstoppable” attitude. It is our goal to help girls everywhere find the courage to do things beyond the field of play that they never thought possible. We believe that girls given the opportunity to play on a team become women who have the confidence to stand on their own.
